How do I get the products I purchase?

We know that this part can be the most confusing, so we have tried to simplify it as much as possible. After you have found the products you would like, the next steps depend a lot on where you live. For the sake of this explanation, we will be discussing the process for those who wish to pick up their orders or those who live inside Colorado City city limits and wish to have their product delivered.

Once you have your products, you will go to the checkout screen. Now, it is going to ask you for a shipping method, which is where you select "curbside" or "delivery". After your order has been completed and you have the confirmation, hang by your phone and we will reach out to you within our regular operating hours of 2pm to 10pm to schedule a delivery or pick up time. We do offer delivery and curbside outside of those scheduled hours, we just ask that you contact us for those specific situations. Otherwise, you complete your order and then wait for message between the listed hours.

Returns & Refunds policy

All in-person and curbside orders will be verified prior to you leaving with your order. All sales are final. Defective items may be returned for replacement within 8 days for shipping and 4 days for delivery, curbside, and in-person sales.

Curbside and in-person purchases will be required to test item prior to leaving to ensure that item works.

Delivery, curbside, and in-person customers may return items to 605 Chestnut Street Colorado City, TX after arranging a return time with us. Customers who ordered via shipping and all others may return via shipping if they desire, after they have notified Premier Wellness and arranged a return slip. If you live outside of Mitchell County, please let us know and we can advise further.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
